Overview

In this article you can find out how to view available medication within MEDI-BOOK.

Configuration Types Available

Medication Owner - Define who is to be recorded as the registered owner for medication items.

Medication Types - Define the types of medication which can be recorded.

Accessing Configuration

Select Configuration from the MEDI-BOOK menu.

Select Medication Management from the list of available configuration areas.

Select the relevant category type from the list to display the existing values.

Using the values section you are able to Add a new value and update / delete and existing one.

To delete a value place a tick in the relevant check box and click the save button on the associated row.

To update a value, amend the text as required and click the save button on the associated row.

*The system only supports updating one row at a time to ensure no rows are changed or deleted in error.

To add a new value click the green Add New Value button, this will display the add new configuration form with the target areas pre-configured.

Description - Enter a meaning full description for the entry
Value - Type an internal code for the entry.

Click the Save new record button to complete the process.
